Our Passion and Mission
To provide exceptional and thoughtfully taught Pilates, made accessible to people with any ability who desire increased strength, flexibility, improved posture, endurance and function. I am committed to teaching effective, true to the original Pilates method exercises, maintaining client focused training, and choosing appropriate exercises for every individual – all delivered with kindness. Positively Pilates believes that practicing the Pilates method is more about incorporating the practice into daily life to promote longevity, resilience and grace throughout one’s entire life.
