Pilates to help you look and feel your best on your wedding day~

On your wedding day, your hair, makeup, and a gorgeous dress are all part of looking and feeling radiant. You want to have posture and muscle tone which will help you stand confidently in your dress, and reflect in the photos you will cherish forever.  For my own wedding in April, I developed a sequence of exercises that tone upper body while practicing that perfect wedding day posture which I would love to share with you!

In the following video, we use a thera-band, rolled towel and 1-2 lb hand weights.  Each exercise engages your abdominals and upper back muscles in a way that tones the muscles responsible for good posture and looking good in your strapless and backless dresses.
